How it works
One issue in
A person opens an issue with the intent template. It holds a sentence and a short block of checks: which address, which answer.
Nine steps, one of them for a person
- Plan: the agent reads the issue and writes its plan as a comment.
- Create: the agent pushes a branch and opens a merge request.
- Verify: unit tests, then the checks replayed on the built site.
- Secure: static analysis and secret detection.
- Govern: a job refuses any agent change that edits an older promise. A
person merges what it accepts.
- Package: the built site is stored as a versioned archive.
- Release: a tag and a release are cut from the main branch.
- Configure: the site is published to the production environment.
- Monitor: on a schedule, every promise is replayed against production.
One issue back
A promise that no longer holds makes the watch pipeline fail. The comment it prepares, with the failing answer quoted, reopens the issue when a GitLab Duo flow or a person posts it. The issue is closed again by the repair.
